Your files never leave your device

Crop image files to cut away the parts of a photo you do not need, or to a fixed shape before uploading to a form or social media. Drag the box on screen and the crop is made from the full-resolution original, so it stays sharp. Afterwards, resize image to 20KB for an exam form, or make photo background white.

Frequently asked questions

Does cropping reduce the quality of my photo?

The pixels you keep are not resized, so they stay as sharp as the original. A JPG is re-saved at 92% quality, which is visually identical. Choose PNG as the output if you need a lossless copy.

How do I crop a photo for an exam form?

Choose the Passport 3.5×4.5 shape, which matches most Indian exam photo rules. Keep your face centred with a little space above the head. Then use Resize Image to 20KB or 50KB to meet the form's size and pixel limits.

Can I crop on my phone?

Yes. The crop box works with touch: drag inside it to move it and drag the corners to resize. The image area has a fixed height so it is easy to handle on small screens.

Why is the crop box not moving freely?

A fixed shape is selected, so the box keeps that shape as you resize it. Choose “Free” to set any width and height.

Can I crop many photos at once?

Cropping needs a different selection for each photo, so it works one image at a time. For batch jobs that apply the same change to every photo, use Resize Image or Rotate Image.
