Case Converter

Change text to UPPER, lower, Title, Sentence, camelCase and more.

Your files never leave your device

This case converter fixes text typed with Caps Lock on, or turns a heading into Title Case. Paste your text and switch it to any letter case in one tap: everyday styles for writing, and code styles like camelCase and snake_case for developers. Making a web address? The URL slug generator turns titles into clean slugs, and the word counter checks the length.

How to use the case converter

  1. Type or paste your text.
  2. Tap the case you want, for example uppercase to lowercase. The text in the box changes straight away.
  3. Tap another case to try it; your text stays in the box.
  4. Tap “Copy text” and paste it where you need it.

Tips for best results

  • Use Title Case for headings and Sentence case for normal sentences and most button labels; it is easier to read.
  • Avoid writing whole posts in UPPER CASE. It reads as shouting, and Google may rewrite all-caps titles.
  • For lists of names or variables, paste one per line. Code cases convert each line separately.
  • Fix accidental Caps Lock text with Sentence case, then capitalize names by hand.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between Title Case and Capitalized Each Word?

Title Case follows style-guide rules and keeps small words like “of”, “and”, “the” in lower case unless they come first: “The Art of War”. Capitalized Each Word capitalizes every word: “The Art Of War”.

What does Sentence case do?

It makes everything lower case, then capitalizes the first letter of each sentence. Sentences ending with the Hindi danda (।) are recognised too. Proper names need a quick manual fix afterwards.

What are camelCase, snake_case and kebab-case for?

They are naming styles in programming and URLs: camelCase (userName) for JavaScript variables, snake_case (user_name) for Python and databases, kebab-case (user-name) for URLs and CSS, and CONSTANT_CASE for fixed values.

Does it change Hindi text?

Hindi has no capital letters, so Hindi words stay the same. English words in mixed text are converted.

Is there an undo?

Tap another case to convert again, or use your phone's or computer's undo (Ctrl+Z) in the text box.
