2.1. General Policy
Due to the nature of digital marketing services, refunds are generally not offered once a service has been initiated or delivered in part or full.
2.2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may only be considered in the following exceptional cases:
- A duplicate payment was made by mistake.
- The project has not yet started and a written cancellation request is received within 48 hours of payment.
- The service has not been delivered and no substantial work has been initiated.
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to accounts@digitechstudio.in with the subject line: Refund Request – [Your Company Name/Project Name]
- Project-Based Work and Retainers
- Project-Based Engagements: Once a project scope is approved and work has commenced, payments are non-refundable.
- Monthly Retainers: Clients on monthly retainers must provide 15 days’ written notice to cancel upcoming billing cycles. Partial refunds for unused service days will not be issued once the month has started.
- Cancellation Policy
You may cancel ongoing services under the following conditions:
- Prepaid Projects: Cancellations are accepted only before work begins. Once execution starts, no cancellation or refund will be processed.
- Monthly Services: Must be canceled in writing before the next billing cycle. Future billings will be stopped after confirmation.
- Turnaround Time for Refunds
Approved refunds (e.g., for duplicate payments) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation.
