Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling services provided by Digitech Studio.
1. Scope of Policy
This policy applies to all services provided by Digitech Studio, including but not limited to:
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Social Media Marketing (SMM)
- Paid Advertising Campaigns (Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Website Design & Development
- Email Marketing
- Branding & Creative Services
- Monthly Marketing Retainers
- Consulting Services
2. Service Cancellation by Client
2.1. One-Time/Project-Based Services
- Cancellation Request Window: You may cancel a project within 48 hours of payment, provided the work has not started.
- Post-Initiation: If the project has already begun (strategy, design, or execution), the project cannot be canceled, and no refunds will be issued.
- How to Cancel: All cancellation requests must be made in writing to support@digitechstudio.in and include your project name and payment reference.
2.2. Monthly/Recurring Services
- Notice Period: To cancel recurring services (e.g., monthly SEO, social media, PPC), you must provide at least 15 days’ written notice before your next billing cycle.
- Billing: If notice is not received in time, you will be billed for the next cycle, and cancellation will apply to the following month.
3. Cancellation by Digitech Studio
We reserve the right to cancel any project or ongoing service in the event of:
- Non-cooperation or lack of communication from the client
- Delay in payment beyond the due date
- Client involvement in activities that violate applicable laws or our terms of service
In such cases, no refund will be provided for work already completed or in progress.
4. Non-Cancellable Services
The following are non-cancellable once purchased or initiated:
- Paid advertising campaigns once launched
- Strategy consultation sessions once scheduled
- Creative or content deliverables that have already been designed or written
- Digital downloads or software tools (if provided)
